In September, 2012, We, Beijing Voson, as representative of JIANGXI KAIMENZI Fertilizer Group Co., Ltd. , filed the adjudication application on disputed registered trademark-“XIN SEN PAI in Chinese Characters”（No. 9338092, registered on 21 May, 2012） to the Trademark Office under the State Administration for Industry and request to determinate the mark” XIN SEN MIAO in Chinese Characters” in Int’l Class 01 (No. 1437988) as the “Chinese well-known trademark”.
Recently we receive the Decision Notice from the National trademark review and adjudication board, the Officer has determinate the mark “XIN SEN MIAO in Chinese Characters” in Int’l Class 01 (No. 1437988) as the “Chinese well-known trademark”.
JIANGXI KAIMENZI Fertilizer Group Co., Ltd. , which was found in August, 1990, is a large state-owned enterprise professionally dealing in compound fertilizer production.
