Yokohama 2025: Global Convergence for the Future of IP
 

The 128th International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) World Congress was successfully held from September 13 to 16, 2025, at PACIFICO Yokohama NORTH in Yokohama, Japan. Ms. Phoebe, Zhang, partner of our firm, attended the event as a representative and engaged in discussions with global peers on cutting-edge industry topics and future development trends.

Under the theme "Intellectual Property Driving Innovation and Sustainable Development," this year’s congress brought together more than 2,700 intellectual property experts, scholars, and industry leaders from over 120 countries to explore the critical role of intellectual property in global innovation and sustainable development.

Throughout the event, a series of professional forums and cultural exchange activities were held, which not only deepened participants’ understanding of frontier issues but also further strengthened friendly relations and multilateral cooperation among international peers. The AIPPI Congress in Yokohama provided a high-level and high-value platform for global IP professionals, effectively promoting international collaboration and innovative practices in the field of intellectual property.
