Mr. Li Hong is graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2000 and majored in Applied Physics. since worked as a patent attorney form the year of 2002, he is skillful in drafting patent application documents in the technical fields such as telecommunication, electronics, computer science, physics, etc., and is experienced in preparing response to office actions, reexamination and invalidation issues, patent-related administration litigation and Infringement litigation, patent searching and making infringement analysis. He has acted as agent for more than one thousand patent cases on home and abroad in more than ten years, of which the clients include the well-known domestic enterprises and and the Fortune 500 companies, such as Huawei, Lenovo, China Telecom, China Datang Corporation, ZTE Corporation, Baidu, Tencent, IBM, Panasonic, Sumsong and so on.
